Key Responsibilities

Source candidates from multiple recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Support recruitment campaigns and campus hiring initiatives.
Maintain candidate records and HR documentation.
Respond to candidate and employee queries professionally.
Assist in employer branding and social media recruitment activities.
Prepare interview reports and recruitment trackers.
Learn corporate communication and professional email etiquette.




Support internal HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
Follow company HR policies, confidentiality, and professional standards.
