What You’ll Do

The primary responsibility of this role is to design scalable intelligent solutions, lead end-to-end implementation, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant systems.

Performs development and implementation of automation and AI‑enabled tools leveraging digitalization techniques and Python scripting to support business and engineering objectives.
Performs analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and technological maturity.
Continuously builds digital skills to simplify work processes, creatively solves problems through digital technologies, leverages data for better insights and decisions, and uses digitalization to enhance speed and effectiveness
Take end-to-end ownership of the architectural vision and technical roadmap for digitalization team.
Foster cross team innovation by collaborating seamlessly with engineering counterparts.
Analytical problem solving- ability to navigate ambiguity,



challenge assumptions and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
Code Quality & Peer review- a commitment to rigorous code reviews focusing on correctness, performance and long-term maintainability.
Product Ownership- a holistic view of the software lifecycle, taking responsibility for system health and performance post -deployment
Technical Leadership- a track record of influencing technical direction and elevating the engineering capabilities.
Advanced technical mastery in object-oriented languages.
Versatility in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScrip, or TypeScript to drive automation and tooling efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in computer engineering with 7+ years or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering area with 4+ years of engineering experience in relevant domain

Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages
Proficient in Python based scripting, automation fram
