As an Investment Middle Office Operations – IBOR you will manage all stages of the investment lifecycle involved in producing our Investment Book of Record (IBOR).



The IBOR delivers a single, accurate view of investment portfolios, serving as the foundation for various dynamic position views used by front-office teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the IBOR, providing exceptional service to the business. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external service providers, and Sub-Investment Managers to promptly resolve any issues and maintain client satisfaction.
We will count on you to:
Monitor daily IBOR output delivered by an external service provide
Provide support as the primary lead / first level escalation contact for resolution of exceptions in IBOR operations.
Validate positions, trades, valuations and pricing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
Review exception reports and investigate discrepancies between IBOR vs external custodian records vs internal sou
