Job Description-
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Luxury Sales to lead the sales function for our upcoming luxury project. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in luxury real estate sales, strong relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team while delivering exceptional business results.





Roles & Responsibilities-
Lead the sales strategy and execution for Krisala's luxury project.
Drive revenue, sales closures, and overall project performance.
Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, investors, and premium channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing luxury sales team.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a world-class buying journey.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights to drive strategic sales decisions.

Must-Have Skills-
Robust experience in luxury real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
Established network of HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and premium channel partners.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
