Overview
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with an ability to design and develop core processes across employee life cycle such as performance and goal management, learning and compensation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
Work with the customer for requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing of business application
Identify and document reports and interfaces specs.
Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities
Resolve any identified issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Technical Expertise:
Good understanding of Core HCM,
Learning and Talent Modules
Ability to configure learning features such as catalogs, content, self-paced learning and blended programs
Expertise in talent management processes, compensation planning, and performance management best practices.
Able to work with the technical team for interfaces and reports
Able to understand and work with third party vendors for different integrations
Qualifications:
2-3 implementation cycle for Core HCM, Learning and Talent modules
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
