Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's digital presence. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns,



and monitor performance while contributing to the organization's overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing content and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Support website content updates and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign ROI
Coordinate marketing events, webinars, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives
