Key Skills & Requirement
- Excellent ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of detailing for bespoke interior metal fabrication and sheet metal components.
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting line drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal machinery: laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and powder coating processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and production management systems.
- Ability to train recent fabricators and welders on fabrication processes and standards.
- Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders and aligning production schedules effectively.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine activities.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and fabrication drawings for production.




- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of up to 100 workers (fabricators, welders, and machine operators).
- Provide training and guidance to new team members.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to sheet metal fabrication and machinery.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and interior metal works.
- Proven experience supervising large teams in a workshop environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and finishing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
