SAFEY ENGINEER
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Develop and implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plans, procedures, and secure work practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to site personnel and subcontractors.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work permits before job execution.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety is integrated into planning, design, and construction activities.
- Ensure that all safety equipment, PPE, and emergency response systems are available and properly maintained.
- Monitor contractors' compliance with safety programs and enforce corrective measures when necessary.
- Participate in safety meetings, HSE reviews, and audits with clients and management.
- Promote a culture of proactive safety awareness and continuous improvement.
