Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Provide feedback on call quality and customer responses to management.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle rejection.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software for data entry and management.
- Fluency in English and any regional languages is a plus.
