Minimum Education, Experience, Skills & Language
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience in parking operations or related fields
Main Job Responsibilities
Monitor parking lot to ensure the productive flow of vehicles.
• Ensure parking spaces are clean, well-lit, and free of obstructions.
• Maintain the security and safety of the parking area, including locking gates and monitoring security cameras.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parking inquiries.
• Help direct drivers to available parking spaces
• Address customer complaints or concerns related to parking issues.
• Process parking tickets or payments for parking fees.




• Enforce parking rules and regulations.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Ensure the parking area is free of debris, and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment (e.g., pay stations, ticket machines).
• Perform cleaning duties as necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of parking usage, payments, and violations.
• Report incidents, accidents, or damages to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Collect parking fees using cash, credit cards systems.
