Presales Engineer – IT Infrastructures DC, Networking, Backup, Server & Storage to support sales teams by providing technical expertise, designing solutions, and engaging with customers to propose the right DC, Networking, Backup, Server & Storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations.
· Assist in RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.
· Engage with vendors and partners to align solutions with industry best practices.
· Provide guidance on data protection, disaster recovery,



and storage optimisation.
· Experience in Data Centre and Networking solutions.
· Knowledge of Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, Backup, Server, Storage, Virtualisation solutions, and network monitoring.
· Support in solution sizing, technical proposals, customer discussions, and OEM coordination.
· Preferred exposure to Cisco, Dell, HPE, Veeam, VMware, etc.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
o 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sale, solution architecture, or similar role.
o Relevant certifications are required.
