Key Responsibilities
Training Content Development
- Work with product engineering, customer support, and R&D; teams to identify training needs.
- Create and update training materials including lectures, labs, exams, demos, and online content aligned with software releases.
- Develop high-quality educational content such as narrated videos, online modules, and classroom materials.

Training Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
- Support customers during online training sessions and resolve technical queries related to labs and lectures.

Technical Expertise & Support
- Provide guidance on analog/mixed-signal design, simulation, layout, and verification flows.




- Support IC layout design across easy to complex analog/mixed-signal circuits, ensuring robustness across PVT corners and mismatch conditions.
- Ensure understanding and application of full physical design and sign-off flows including DRC, LVS, PEX, post-layout simulation, EM/IR analysis, and reliability checks.

Tool Usage & Methodologies
- Work with Cadence tools such as Virtuoso, Pegasus, PVS, Quantus, and SKILL IDE .
- Contribute to methodology development and training for EDA workflows and IC design processes.
- Optional exposure to CAD workflows and PDK development is an advantage.
