Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
- Prepare and achieve production plans, flowcharts, and schedules.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Ensure proper flow of production in line with engineering drawings and available resources.

Engineering & Drawing Verification
- Read, verify, and validate engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Check BOM (Bill of Materials) against approved drawings and ensure material availability.
- Prepare material indents based on approved BOMs and coordinate with stores.

Quality & Inspection
- Carry out stage-wise inspections as per internal QC standards and approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.




- Identify and address any deviations during production to maintain quality.

Material & Resource Management
- Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for production.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to maintain smooth operations.
- Make necessary arrangements for dispatch of completed jobs.

Team Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to achieve operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance, monitor performance, and resolve operational challenges.
- Promote adherence to safety standards and best practices in the production unit.
