Your Recent Role
The role of the IT Analyst HRIS is to provide support to the Enterprise Technology team globally. This consists of supporting Project managers, Application owners and Business Analysts in the day-to-day duties. Working with Enterprise Technology technical leads to assist in local hands-on application management activities,



maintenance and triaging application issues and escalations where possible. This role will also actively participate in projects that are ongoing across the international territories providing task tracking, reporting and project material preparations. Assisting in the co-ordination of the ongoing governance projects to ensure our vendors and applications meet comprehensive internal security guidelines.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Triage application configuration or support issues with the correct business functions and ensure timely resolution
- Assist technical teams in vendor management to ensure various application security certificates are kept up to date and functional
- Prepare and update project materials including PowerPoint/Excel tracking templates and Microsoft Project plans and provide project notes and actions from stakeholder calls.
