Job Description
Over 5 years of experience in data integration, application support, data quality and user support.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk, IT, Computer Science, Math, or a related field
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional project teams and Agile environments.
- Familiarity with middleware tools, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, XML, and JSON troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and synthesize actionable insights.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge on what is SDLC of an application.

Technical Skills & Key Tools:
- API Testing Tools: SOAP UI, Postman for payload simulation and testing.
- Familiarity with monitoring logs and data flow in middleware and integration layers.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), or similar for incident and problem management.
- Experience with MS Tools and manipulating and analyzing data with Excel.
- Robust skills in SQL queries, data validation, middleware logs, and interpreting XML/JSON files.
- Experienced with Business Intelligence tools and applications is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Commodity Business processes are a plus
