Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to overcome project challenges.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
