About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for Conventional, Hybrid, and Electric Vehicle Powertrains . You will be responsible for test infrastructure readiness, test execution, debugging, and validation to ensure system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HIL infrastructure readiness and conduct simulations & tests.
- Develop test specifications and test cases based on given requirements.
- Execute tests as per the test plan and analyze results.
- Debug failures related to plant models, automation scripts, function algorithms, and calibration .
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HIL testing issues effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to assess system performance and detect potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards .
- Validate models against real-world data for accuracy and fidelity .




- Generate comprehensive test reports and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest HIL technology and Powertrain advancements .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers and project managers .

Technical Skills:
- HIL Testing & Simulation Tools: MATLAB, Simulink, HiL, Provetech, dSPACE Toolchain (Automation Desk, Configuration Desk, Control Desk), INCA, ECU Test Tool, Jira, Confluence, DNG, XRAY, Starc.
- Automation Scripting: Python, CAPL, VB.
- Testing Infrastructure: HIL systems & environment tools.
- Understanding of Communication Protocols: LIN, CAN, Ethernet.
- Knowledge of Standards & Safety: OBD Standards, Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
- Experience with Hardware Components: Controller hardware pin-out diagrams, wiring harnesses.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
