We are seeking an experienced Art Direction Manager to lead our creative team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in visual design and a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that all creative work is completed on time and meets the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.





Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in art direction or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
