- Minimum above 2 years experience in relevant IT stores & or managing IT assets in a large warehouse or IT Infra environment.
- Good working knowledge on Google sheet & excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, if command etc).
- He/She whould be monitoring the stock of a company's IT assets, consumables & infra-assets.
- Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products.
- Working with inventory management software to track inventory levels, set reorder points, manage purchase orders and generate reports.
- Determining the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand.
- Coordination with procurement, logistics and operation team to streamline the inventory management process.
- Able to work in a fast paced logistic warehouse workplace.
