Role & responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of this role include delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers focussed on Workday Extend applications. To be successful, you will:
- Guide customers through Workday configuration, providing expert advice and best practices.
- Demonstrate Workday capabilities and lead customers towards optimal solutions.
- Resolve product configuration challenges and optimize solutions to meet business needs.
- Cultivate solid customer relationships through effective communication, presentations, and consultations.
- Develop and deliver webinars that showcase Workday's potential for achieving business goals.
- Champion Workday product expertise, staying current with Workday certifications and the product roadmap.
- Keep up with industry best practices and engage with customers on relevant topics.
- Contribute to programs that drive customer feature adoption.

In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, our Workday professionals will also deliver other Customer Enablement services, such as:




- Office Hours to conduct appointment-based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise to customers
- Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with a detailed deliverable calling out opportunities for optimization
- Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
- Deployments including full deployment of Workday fe

Preferred candidate profile
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of Extend experience, preferably Workday Extend certified.
- 6 years of Workday Integrations experience
- Overall 8+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing environments
- Hands-on experience with web services/application types (REST or SOAP).
- Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML).
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Interest in learning about authentication technologies (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- A problem-solving mindset and a desire to engage wit
