- Job description – The candidate is expected to design, develop, and enhance engaging learning experiences. The candidate will leverage instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and technology to create high-quality e-learning solutions.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, job aids, and assessments, as per instructional design standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to create engaging and effective training solutions.
- Develop interactive and multimedia-based e-learning content using authoring and video editing tools.
- Integrate learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), gamification, and microlearning strategies,



to optimize learner engagement.
- Knowledge of the latest accessibility standards and their implementation in courses.

Role Summary: The candidate is expected to be an experienced instructional designer who would create or assist in creating e-learning courses using authoring and video editing tools based on learner requirements.
Positive to have knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite
- Required skills: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia, Canva, Powtoon, PowerPoint Presentation, and JavaScript for creating customized triggers in Storyline and knowledge of default triggers in the authoring tools.
