We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring that their desktop systems and applications are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Assist users with application software and system issues.
- Document support activities and maintain records of service requests.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
