We have a role for a Manager – Accounting & Finance Operations to oversee day to- day accounting transactions & Data operations for Omnicom Real Estate Group US . This might be a excellent fit if have strong accounting skills and would to be part of leading a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global and India Finance Teams
Responsibilities
Client & Agency Service:
- Closely collaborate with other Working Capital Managers and Analyst to prepare monthly Working Capital (AR and AP) reporting for all Omnicom Media Group agencies.
- Run reporting and aggregate Working Capital data from multiple sources (Mediaocean, Microsoft D365,



Cognos); create custom reports in Excel, as directed.
- Efficiently load Working Capital data to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), identifying and resolving issues before submission while meeting internal deadlines.
- Reconcile Working Capital data to General Ledger data within HFM monthly.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable balances - Review ARs by agency/region/client and identify issues. Collaborate closely with Budget Project Managers (BPMs), Finance Directors (FDs), and other internal staff to optimize collections and ensure timely
