Description
We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing Windows-based systems and will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and documentation of system administration processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and patches.





Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Windows system administration or related field.
- Proficient in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
- Robust understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE are a plus.
