We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand the application architecture and contribute to the improvement of processes and tools.
- Analyze and report on testing results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-9 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
