Description
We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows server environment, ensuring high availability and performance of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
- Ensure security compliance and conduct regular system audits.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.





Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
- Valuable troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
