- Technical /Orientation/Refresher Training to Employees , Partners and Recent Joinees. Both Class room and OJT.
- Resove lift critical issues and support to clear the shut downs
- Prepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS/CI based on issues.
- Support to arrange alternative spares & non-Supriya spares.
- Analyse the callback, Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.
- Conduct lift survey for Non-Supriya Equipments and give clearance for acquisition.
- Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.
- Monitor the call back, SD & LSD on daily basis
- Preparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.
- Other routines as required by Management time to time.
