What will you do:
- Manage the global salary structures, including participating in salary surveys and utilizing survey data to determine the structure changes as well as ensuring the internal equity
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the salary ranges, short-term and long-term incentive program design, and other compensation programs
- Analyze market data as well as knowledge of market trends to set the annual pay increase budgets
- Advise and educate HR Business Partners and leaders on effective use of our compensation programs, design and philosophy, policy and guidelines interpretation
- Act as a subject matter expert in compensation to determine how best to optimize programs to ensure maximized hiring and employee retention
- Support core Total Rewards processes including the annual performance and pay cycle, mobility practices, evaluations, current hire offers, reorganizations
- Ensure compliance to local, federal, international, and any other relevant regulations through audits, reports and analysis and serve as working contact for compliance, SOC2, SOX and external audits
- Other projects as assigned
What will you have:
- 6+ years of HR and compensation experience
- 3+ years of global compensation experience, preferred
- Good knowledge of global compensation, market trends and regional best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Workday, preferred
- CCP, GRP or similar certification, preferred
