Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and Regional hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
- Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
- Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings.
- Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
- Ensure proper background verification of recent hires as per organizational guidelines.
- Issue the offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate and act as the liaison between the business and candidates.
- Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
