Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10-18 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
