Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including user manuals and training materials.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements.





Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in system analysis or a related role.
- Proficient in system modeling techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN.
- Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
