Key Responsibilities
- Source data from Data tables and enhance pickup service levels by identifying

and eliminating service failures.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and their sellers by improving the seller

experience and actively collecting feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular housekeeping and validation.
- Manage a team of associates and coordinate effectively with internal

(Operations) and external (Sellers/Clients) stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
- Analyze pickup data and support process improvement initiatives to streamline

first-mile operations.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages

is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:




- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft
- Excel .
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- High level of ownership and a solid bias for action.
- Ability to build trust with clients and sellers through efficient coordination
- and problem resolution.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Spoken languages - English and Hindi mandatory (Any of Tamil, telugu, kannada,
