Key Responsibilities :
- Develop thorough understanding of current processes through data, field visits and system understanding.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of improvement for both service quality and profitability.
- Drive improvement initiatives till end state by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
- Service Levels for facilities under scope.
- Identify the process gaps and fixes. Implement the gaps at scale. Gaps can be process, product, structural, organizational.
- Cost optimization.
- Should know and have worked on activity based costing.
- Process optimization.
- Be able to identify redundancy in the processes.
- Manual processes which can be automated.
- P&L; Management
- Project management

Requied :
- B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA from a reputed college
- 5 to 6+ Years into SCM/ Warehouse Operations with FC background
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abaility
- Excellent communicator
