This role offers a comprehensive understanding of our showroom operations, focusing on sales, profitability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Showroom.
- Understand sales, profitability, and other business targets and the achievement methodology.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the showroom.
- Suggest improvements for sales efficiency, quality,



and cost optimization by benchmarking leading practices.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure replenishment based on sales data and customer preferences.
- Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and buying patterns , ensuring service delivery aligns with the Brand Promise.
- Understand and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
- Suggest measures for cost savings through process implementation and optimization.
- Develop a deep understanding of sales, product knowledge, customer purchase behavior, and market trends .
