(RESPONSIBILITIES)
As a Test Lead,



individual will have a chance to lead testing team across all key functional roles and responsibilities from planning, development, execution, and post-production checkouts. QA Lead will act as an essential link in the project development life cycle and will work closely with the Project Owner/Manager, QA Manager/Director, developers, Business Analysts, and other project team members.
The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:
- Lead a small team of QA Engineers to ensure timely delivery/ testing of user stories.
- Create and run functional, application, regression, ad-hoc, and integration tests, including both positive and negative scenarios.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
- Perform integration and functional testing for code delivered by the development team during each sprint. Become a reference for the QA team for integrations and their configurations.
