Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different business segments.
- Efficiently handle bulk and niche hiring requirements.
- Support Talent Acquisition (TA) operations , including pre-onboarding formalities and continuous candidate engagement.
- Execute ad hoc HR/TA tasks to ensure operational excellence within the department.
- Provide a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external partners to meet staffing needs.





What We're Seeking
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in both bulk and niche hiring environments.
- Proficiency in pre-onboarding formalities and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and active listening skills .
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A solution-oriented approach with a calm demeanor, even under pressure.
- Empathetic, patient, and people-focused , with a genuine passion for connecting with individuals.
