What you ll do for us
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable ELK stack infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Configure and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance, availability, and fault tolerance
- Develop and implement Logstash pipelines for ingesting, parsing, and enriching logs from various sources
- Create and maintain Kibana dashboards, visualizations, and search queries to enable log analysis and monitoring
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard new logs and enhance existing log sources for better insights
- Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, indexing, search, and visualization within the ELK stack
- Hands-on experience in installing/configuring Metricbeat, Heartbeat, filebeat, watchers and APM for monitoring and traces
- Monitor all the infrastructure components and services in ELK dashboards & identify the bottlenecks, and optimize system resources
- Design and implement the new dashboards for software license monitoring
- Manage the full lifecycle of the alerts and configurations
- Implement and maintain security controls and access management policies for the ELK stack infrastructure
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for ELK stack administration and usage
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in ELK stack technologies and data analytics
What you ll have
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Should have at least 4-10yrs of experience in setting up and managing elk
- Proven experience as an ELK Admin or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration and python/shell scripting
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure or GCP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
