We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Release Manager/Program Manager to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the release management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the platform for multiple applications. The candidate will also have unit management responsibilities for a team of Scrum Masters, ensuring that agile practices are followed and that the team is aligned with the overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Release Management:
- Plan and manage the release schedules, ensuring timely and smooth delivery of software releases.
- Coordinate release activities across various teams, including development, testing, and operations.
- Monitor and track release progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure that all release processes and procedures are followed and documented.
- Coordinate with onshore release/program managers to ensure alignment and seamless integration of release activities across different time zones and regions.




- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with onshore teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Unit Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Ensure that agile practices are followed and that the team is continuously improving.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing tea
