About the Role:
- As Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC, you will be responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for all post onboarding KYX related activities. This encompasses both periodic reviews (e.g., annual reviews) and event-driven reviews (e.g., changes in customer information, high-risk flags). You will own the customer experience for these critical processes, ensuring they are productive, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements for Continuous KYC.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience throughout the ongoing KYC lifecycle. Understand customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements.
- Risk Management: Collaborate closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all ongoing KYC activities are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., AML, KYC/CDD, OFAC).
Product Development & Delivery:
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality KYC solutions.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Work with the design team to enhance the digital KYC member experience, improve the internal agent experience, and optimise operational efficiency
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse customer data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance teams, and customers.
