About The Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Area Sales Specialist drive growth in our LAP/HL product portfolio across the (North/South/East/West) region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Financial Services industry and a proven track record of managing and expanding sales teams through various channels, including Feet on Street, Sub-DSA (Direct Selling Agents), Open Market, and Connector channels. This role requires a strategic leader who will drive the region's sales targets, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding sales performance.
- As a Senior Area Sales Specialist, You Will Be
- You will shape our product and culture by building relationships and onboarding stakeholders (builders, channel partners, connectors and mandate holders) through networking & unique marketing campaigns.
- You will be recruiting, training and mentoring a sales team, BYOT (Build your own team)
- You will ensure productivity and effectiveness of the location.




- You will use your proactive personality to interface with teams & achieve targets through prudent credit checks & loan disbursals.
- You will manage & oversee administrative & operational activities of the location - a lot of responsibility coupled with a lot of satisfaction
- You will be an anchor for company by increasing profitability and minimizing risk through a strong compliant sales culture, your perspective is very important to us
- You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while complying with company policies. You get full autonomy for your decisions, you run the show for us

What We Are Looking For
- As a Senior Area Sales Specialist, you'll be accountable for establishing relationships with new partners in SME space. What makes you a outstanding fit:
