- Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement executive ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students.
- Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements.
- Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, skilled networking sites, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
