KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understand Business needs and elicit and document requirements
- Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements
- Achieve consensus on business needs, usability, performance and feasibility.
- For internal customers being supported
- i) Develop and maintain knowledge & learning.
- ii) Proliferate offerings to sales team
- iii) Advise QA and Development teams on troubleshooting analysis
- Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of the customer, development and QA.
- Develop artefacts through case studies, white papers and lessons learnt.
- Feasibility analysis on prospective business
- Support project planning and status reporting.
- Mentor / Guide associate Business Analysts in working efficiently.
- Sharing of knowledge and learning amongst peers.

- Degree B.E
- Certifications (if any) Optional

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Overall (in years) 8+ years
- Relevant (in years) 5+ years

DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Robust BFSI domain knowledge, business process mapping,
- BA tools and techniques
