Job Summary
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or software development.
- Solid experience in leading distributed Agile teams in an offshore onsite model.
- Proven expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Hands on experience working with API driven projects, microservices, and cloud deployments.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross team coordination.
- Experience working with financial services, banking, or API integrations is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master CSM or SAFe certification preferred
