Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Surgery & Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing essential support in surgical and emergency care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures and emergency department tasks
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow safety protocols
- Document patient care and procedures accurately
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
