- More than 5 + years of experience in managing the administration of SysTrack analytics and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Configuring and Hands on Lakeside SysTrack (Profile Configuration/DEX pack/Groups/View/Roles/Assignments/Automation)
- Engage in the development, customization, deployment, and optimization of automation solutions. Experience with Lakeside software (Systrack) will be a significant advantage.
- Good Knowledge on Surveys and Engagement
- Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from Lakeside SysTrack and Integrating with ServiceNow
- Configuration of the toolset and creation of Dashboards to demonstrate specific metrics.
- Produce Reports to demonstrate investigations / issues.
- Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution.
- Proven Experience of working with SQL query and PowerShell scripting
- Develop and maintain Python and PowerShell scripts to automate manual tasks and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and requirements.




- Emphasize and maintain the highest standards of security in all automation tasks to protect sensitive endpoint data.
- Engage in the development, customization, deployment, and optimization of automation solutions. Experience with Lakeside software will be a significant advantage.
- Continually stay updated with the latest trends in scripting languages, endpoint automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Creating and Using SysTrack dashboard to provide the analytical results
- Configurations and rules for capturing Data from the endpoints
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to IT security best practices, particularly in the realm of endpoint management.
- Develop and interpret dashboards, ensuring they provide clear insights and are user-friendly.
