Accountabilities and Major Activities:
Site Construction Management:
- Ensure on-site construction civil activities align with QAP, FQP, approved method statements, design specifications, and contract requirements.

Quality Control & Assurance:
- Conduct regular checks and inspections against approved drawings and QA/QC plans. Maintain all quality records, follow inspection checklists, and validate key civil construction activities.

Resource Monitoring:
- Monitor contractor manpower and equipment mobilization. Track progress and identify bottlenecks or deviations in construction progress.

Material Inspection & Validation:
- Witness and validate soil investigation, material inspections (aggregates, cement, reinforcement), and fabrication items upon receipt. Verify testing (e.g., field density, mix design, cube testing) and equipment calibration (e.g., batching plant, cube testing machines).

Execution Supervision:
- Supervise activities like RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement placement, substation and control building foundations, cable trenching, fencing, and earthing works.



Ensure work is as per schedule and drawings.

Progress Reporting:
- Monitor daily site execution and submit progress reports to Head Office. Identify and report delays, non-conformances, and construction issues to Project Head.

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Workplace):
- Maintain site safety records (toolbox talks, training, man-hours, incidents). Enforce compliance with PPE and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Conduct safety inductions and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) during project phase.

HSSE Inspections and Compliance:
- Conduct safety walkdowns and inspections, attend TBTs (Toolbox Talks), and address any safety non-compliance with immediate corrective actions. Liaise with HSSE team and contractors for continuous safety improvements.

Stakeholder Coordination:
- Interface with EPC contractors for joint inspections and coordination. Ensure all civil activities meet contractual a
