Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the executive's schedule is followed and respected.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action items.
- Attend meetings and ensure the executive is prepared with necessary documents and information.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Draft and send out communications on behalf of the reporting manager.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office operations and administrative staff.
- Ensure the office workplace is well-maintained and supplies are stocked.
Requirement:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
