A Skin Trainer or Skin Category Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the skin care category within a beauty or cosmetics industry. The Category head will play a pivotal role in developing and executing trainings strategies to drive sales, market share, and brand awareness for skin care products. Additionally, they provide training and support to sales teams, educate customers on skin care best practices, and stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.

- In-depth knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and formulations, as well as industry trends and consumer preferences
- Robust analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making

Responsibilities:
Curriculum Revision and Up gradation:
- Revisiting the skin curriculum and upgrading it to align with industry standards.
- Incorporating high-value courses on aesthetic practices involving chemical peels, lasers, Jetpeel, MDA, micro-needling, among others.

Teaching Methodology and Activities:
- Constructing teaching methodologies and activities that promote an immersive and experiential learning experience.
- Enhancing the curriculum with practical applications and case studies to ensure comprehensive learning.

Delivery and Execution:
- Monitoring the delivery of education across the entire academy, including salon, nails, and makeup streams.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency
