Key Responsibilities:
Labour Compliance Management:
- Lead, supervise, and manage all Pan India Labour compliance activities in coordination with the Labour Compliance vendor.
- Monitor vendor SLAs, hold regular performance meetings, and organize quarterly knowledge-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate filing of returns, maintenance of updated registers, and submission of applications to RCs under various Acts.
- Review and draft responses to notices, orders, and inspections, ensuring timely submission with proper documentation.
- Conduct vendor and branch compliance audits, ensuring closure of observations.
- Maintain compliance reporting on We Comply and ensure real-time monitoring.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.
Employee Advantages Administration:
- Lead activities related to UAN-Aadhaar seeding, PF, ESI, and Gratuity.
- Ensure updated nomination forms for employees and timely issuance of TIC for ESI-covered employees.
- Manage end-to-end NPS administration and reconciliation.
- Lead Full and Final Settlement (FFS) recovery cases and coordinate with the Legal team on litigation cases.
Vendor & Process Management:
- Lead RFPs for Labour compliance vendor empanelment.
- Drive initiatives on Compliance Calendar and related activities.
- Assist Payroll team on urgent matters, including audits.
- Focus on continuous process improvement and compliance knowledge sharing with Admin/HR teams.
Measures of Performance:
- 100% compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Accurate and timely submissions on We Comply and other portals.
- Timely closure of notices, inspections, audits, and recovery cases.
- Proactive identification and closure of compliance gaps and risks.
- Effective communication with employees regarding benefits, nominations, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/LL.B with 8–10 years of experience in a company with Pan India presence.
