KRA's:-

1. Generate a minimum of 20-25 qualified leads every week through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach.

10. Coordinate effectively with operations, customer support,



and management to ensure smooth order execution.
11. Participate actively in exhibitions, promotional events, corporate meetings, and networking opportunities.
12. Maintain complete knowledge of company products, pricing, and industry developments.
13. Maintain high standards of professionalism, grooming, punctuality, and customer service.
14. Achieve predefined customer satisfaction and retention benchmarks.
15. Continuously upgrade sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills through regular training and self-learning.
